5 Days Best Tarangire Itinerary
Day 1: Drive to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, our guide will pick you up from the lodge to start the journey towards Tarangire National Park. We will explore until the late afternoon before settling down in the newly opened Kitchuguu camp for an overnight stay at Tarangire Safari Lodge.
Day 2: Game drive as you head to Serengeti
Begin your 5 Days Best of Tarangire Ngorongoro Safari with breakfast to get ready for a scenic drive towards Serengeti, passing the Ngorongoro Crater viewpoint. It is a scenic and adventurous route, with plenty of opportunities to spot animals along the way. Depending on the season, you will either continue your drive towards Southern or Northern Serengeti. Spend the night in a mobile camp that moves seasonally around the Serengeti to ensure that you are in the best position possible to witness the large herds of wildebeest and zebras.
Day 3: Wildebeest Migration
Spend a day exploring the wonderful wildlife of Serengeti and follow in the footsteps of the Zebra & Wildebeest Migration. Later return back for the evening coffee at your Hotel.
Day 4: Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater Drive
After early breakfast, your guide will take you for a game drive to spot wildlife in the morning hours, when animals are more active. After lunch, it is time to start driving towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Day 5: Drive back to Arusha
Set out at 6 am for an incredible morning in Ngorongoro Crater, Before noon, it is time to return towards the airport for your onward flight.
