Day 1. Arrival and transfer from Kilimanjaro Airport or Arusha Airport to Hotel
Your driver-guide or our representative will receive you at the airport (Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport). They will drive you to your Arusha accommodation for the night, ready for your adventures to begin the next day.
Day 2. Drive to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, our tour guide driver will pick you up from the lodge and take you on an unforgettable wildlife drive through Tarangire National Park, carrying lunch boxes. We return to the lodge after the game drive for leisure, dinner, and an overnight stay.
Tarangire National Park is famous for its vast elephant herds and unique baobab trees. The topography is varied, ranging from seasonal wetlands to Savannah, with the Tarangire River meandering through the parklands. During the dry season, the Tarangire River is the only source of water for wild animals. We may see a lion hunting his prey or leopards sitting in the branches above while studying the surroundings.
Day 3 from Karatu to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you depart for Central Serengeti National Park for an amazing and beautiful game drive and enjoy lunch at a suitable place inside the park. We will continue the game drive activity in the afternoon before reaching the lodge. Serengeti National Park is well-known for its great herds of migrating zebras, antelopes, and wildebeests. However, be ready to see resident predators such as leopards, cheetahs, and lions fulfilling their role in the circle of life all year round.
Day 4 of 8 Days: Serengeti and Mara
Program: After breakfast, drive to Northern Serengeti National Park with a picnic lunch box. We’ll have lunch along the Mara River, which is a terrific site to watch the terrific migration. You may be confident that our safari guide will locate the ideal vantage position! Interesting activity occurs throughout the migration, such as clashes between crocodiles and wildebeest as they attempt to cross the crocodile-infested river. Keep an eye out for other predators, such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs.
The great migration is the largest herd movement of wildebeest, zebras, and other animals across the Mara River from Kenya to Masai Mara. Every year, the best time to visit and watch the huge migration is from July until early October.
Day 5: From the Northern Serengeti to the Central Serengeti
Wake up early and have breakfast before continuing with a wildlife drive in Northern Serengeti National Park with a picnic lunch box while keeping an eye on the activities of the great migration. Later, we’ll return to Central Serengeti National Park, where we’ll spend the night.
Day 6. Serengeti and Ngorongoro craters
After breakfast, we’ll head to the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive inside the crater, bringing a picnic lunch with us. After the game drive, we will transport you to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s natural wonders. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest and longest continuous caldera! Buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos are among the 30,000 huge creatures that live here all year. You will explore the breathtaking scenery and relax in this amazing environment while hunting for the Big Five and various bird species, such as flamingos, on the crater lakes. Prepare to observe a wide range of creatures in a short period!
Day 7. Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, have a game drive across Lake Manyara National Park while carrying lunch boxes. We will bring you to the lodge or hotel in Arusha for leisure, dinner, and an overnight stay after an extended game drive and enjoyment of the park’s gorgeous nature. Lake Manyara National Park is famed for its tree-climbing lions that hide amid the branches of the trees, as well as the numerous baboon colonies that fill the forest and will accompany you along the road from the minute you approach the park.
Day 8 Transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport
After breakfast, you can rest at the lodge or, if time allows, enjoy a short shopping trip to Arusha. You will then be taken to Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport for your flight home or to another location.
