Activity around Turaco Treetops
The lodge is situated 5 hours drive from Entebbe International Airport, at the edge of Kibale Forest National Park, home to 13 primates and a few Savanah elephants that migrate from Queen Elizabeth National Park to the forest through Rwmi, the wildlife corridor. The main activities that are done in Kibale Forest National Park are chimpanzee tracking at Kanyanchu and the Bigodi swamp walk that is done within the community outside of the forest, Birding tours can also be done around the lodge to spot nocturnals.
