Distance and Travel Time Murchison Falls National Park is approximately 305 kilometres from Kampala. Private Vehicle: Having a private vehicle offers flexibility and comfort. The cost can vary, but for a day trip, expect to pay between $60 and $100 for the best of the best vehicles; this excludes the fuel.
Public Transport: While more economical, public transport (Link Bus) can be your best option from Kampala to Buliisa but may not align well with the tight schedule of a one-day safari, as it often involves multiple transfers and less control over timing.
